GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: Is Exhale Travel and Events a reputable company?  A: Yes, We are registered in the State of Texas as an LLC; we have a valid CCRA TRUE number and also insured by Berkshire Hathaway.  Q: What are your business hours?  A: We are always available! Feel free to call us between 9am-7pm, Mon-Sat. Or you can email us at hello@exhaletravelevents.com Q: What types of trips does Exhale Travel and Events book?  A: We provide group tours, which gives people an opportunity to travel with like-minded individuals across various cultures and communities. We also provide planning for individual or private vacations.  Q: Who is your ideal client?  A: Our usual client is 25 years and older; primarily traveling with other adults or solo. We welcome all backgrounds. We do not service children under the age of 16 on our Group Tours.

RESERVATION QUESTIONS

Q: What happens after I book my reservation. A: You will receive any of the following: Email Updates, Text Notification and/or phone calls to remind you about the upcoming travel and itinerary up to 30 days prior to travel. Q: Do you offer Roommate Pairing for your Group Travel? A: Yes, We offer Roommate Pairing with advanced notice, which is also stated in our Terms and Conditions. You’ll also want to speak to an agent via email should you need this service to ensure it is available for your specific vacation. Q: What happens if my Roommate drops out? A: You will be subject to the single-occupancy rate for that vacation if this is your selected roommate. If this it is a roommate through our paring program, the change fee WILL NOT apply and we will do our best to find a new roommate, if applicable. Q: What happens if I need to cancel my vacation? A: You will be subject to the cancellation policies/refund policies outlined in our Terms and Conditions which are signed at the time of booking.

PAYMENT QUESTIONS

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? A: We accept all major credit and debt cards through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Q: When are payments due? A: We encourage travelers to make monthly installments which are automatically set up at the time of booking. Should you need to make changes to this, you will have the option to do so in the portal. However, keep in mind missed payments of up to 60 days could result in cancellation. Final payments are due 60-90 days before travel. Q: What happens if my roommates fail to pay? A: This could result in full cancellation depending on the reservation. However, a single person can be reinstated where there is still inventory for the trip and will be subject to a single-occupancy rate.
